Buying property in Nigeria shouldn't be a gamble

Every Nigerian knows the story. You find a beautiful place online, pay a deposit, and arrive to something else entirely: a different apartment, a dead generator, an address that doesn't exist. Or worse, a plot of land sold to three people, with a title nobody read. The internet made it easy to list a property. It did nothing to make listings honest.

Resalv is our answer: a controlled platform, not an open marketplace. Whether a home is for sale, to rent, a plot of land or a short let, the same rule applies. Every seller verifies their identity, every property is physically inspected, and what we checked is published on the listing as a Property Passport: the checks, the dates, and who carried them out. Every listing carries a trust score computed from real behaviour, and booking money is held safely until you have actually checked in.

We grow city by city, deliberately. Depth beats breadth when trust is the product. Lagos first, now Abuja and Port Harcourt: each city gets its own inspection team before a single listing goes live.
