Buying, renting or booking property in Nigeria shouldn't be a gamble. Here's how we removed the risk.

For buyers, renters and guests

    Search verified property

    Houses, flats, land and short lets. Every listing passed an ID check and a physical inspection before it appeared, and its Property Passport shows exactly what we checked and when.

    Enquire, or book and pay securely

    For a short let you never pay a host directly: the money is held and released only after you check in. For a sale or a rental your enquiry goes to that agent alone, never broadcast to five of them.

    Arrive knowing what you are getting

    Trust scores built from real behaviour, honest reviews, and a team behind every listing. If something is not as promised, report it: an upheld report takes the listing down.

    Verify your identity

    A government ID if you are a host or a private owner, plus CAC registration if you list as an agency. Free, and checked by a person.

    Pass the Passport checks

    We visit within 48 hours, read the documents, and for land run an independent registry search. Every result is published on your listing, dated.

    Go live, and list free

    New hosts get 30 days of priority visibility and reduced commission. Listing is free on every plan, and nobody ever pays to push a listing up.

Every property carries a score from 0 to 100, recalculated continuously from reviews, incidents, booking completion, and how fast the host responds. It can't be bought and it can't be faked.
